Under the action of centrifugal force, the materials reach the basket wall, where theliquid phase passes through the filtering medium covered on the basket wall and thenflows through the pores on the wall to the inner wall of the enclosure, then drops off to thebottom tray and is discharged out via the liquid discharge port. While the solid mattersare retained inside the basket and fully washed to complete the solid-liquid separation.After the equipment is shutdown, open the flippable cover, remove the filter bag withspecial lifting appliances, transfer it to the unloading area for discharging. After that.install the basket lip and filter bag back, lock the basket lip, close the flippable cover andlock it, and at this time, the next circulation can be started.

Design and manufacture of main components of centrifuge:

1: Connecting structure of casing, base and cover:

The machine cover and body are opened with spring power, which can facilitate cleaning and replacement of the drum. The connection with the flange of the machine body is sealed with silicone rubber strips, so that the machine will not leak during operation.

2: Lid parts:

A. The flip lid is equipped with DN25 feed pipe, DN25 vacuum pipe and 2 plane mirrors.

B. The lid body is made of 3mm thick stainless steel plate.

3: Base parts:

A. Flat plate structure, the main board is directly made of 30mm A3 plate, and the surface is lined with 2mm stainless steel plate. The flat plate can reduce the center of gravity of the machine and operate smoothly.

B. The shell barrel is double-layer and can be cooled by circulating liquid nitrogen. The flat plate and shell are fixed welded. The liquid flowing through the flat plate is made of 304 stainless steel.

C. Damping vibration isolators are used on the base plane and the ground plane to ensure uniform stress on the equipment and achieve good shock absorption effect.

4: Drum parts:

A. Inner liner production: the material is 6mm thick 304 stainless steel.

B. The drum bottom is made of 304 stainless steel plate in one piece.

C. The rotary drum is welded and processed as a whole for dynamic balancing.

5: Transmission components:

A. The structure of independent bearing block is adopted, which can be easily disassembled and repaired.

The body is welded and finished, and its steel toughness is good.

B. The bearings are imported bearings and imported fluororubber skeleton oil seals are used.

C. The main shaft is made of 40cr material precision machining.

D. The transmission seal is gas seal. When the equipment is soaked in materials, the gas pump continuously inflates the equipment transmission and the drum to prevent the liquid from entering the transmission chamber, ensure that the bearing is not corroded by the liquid, and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

Daily maintenance of centrifuge

1. Before the centrifuge runs, cut off the power supply and release the centrifuge brake first, and then try to turn the drum manually.

2. Check other parts for looseness and abnormality.

3. Turn on the power supply and start in clockwise direction (usually it takes about 40-60 seconds from static state to normal operation).

4. Generally, each equipment must operate for about 3 hours without any abnormality after arriving at the plant.

5. The materials should be placed evenly as far as possible.

6. The operation shall be carried out by specially-assigned person, and the capacity shall not exceed the rated quantity.

7. It is forbidden to overspeed the machine to avoid affecting its service life.

8. After the machine is started, if there is any abnormality, it should be stopped for inspection, and it should be disassembled, washed and repaired.

9. The centrifuge operates at high speed, so it is not allowed to touch the drum with your body to prevent accidents.

10. The mesh number of the filter cloth should be determined according to the size of the solid particles of the separated material, otherwise the separation effect will be affected.

11. In addition, the filter cloth and sealing ring shall be embedded into the sealing groove of the drum during the installation of the filter cloth.

12. In order to ensure the normal operation of the centrifuge, please refuel and maintain the rotating parts every 6 months.

13. At the same time, check the running lubrication of the bearing for wear.

14. Check whether the components in the brake device are worn, and replace them if they are serious, and check whether the bearing cover has oil leakage.

15. After the machine is used, clean it and keep it clean.

16. In addition, operate in strict accordance with equipment requirements and regulations. Non-explosion-proof centrifuges must not be used in flammable and explosive situations.
