The product processing time depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the store contingent of the individual product.

What is the processing time?

The item’s processing time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching it. After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. This can involve detailed in-house checks: e.g. material quality, embellishments and motifs, etc. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design and size of the specific product or article. Larger orders will naturally take longer. It normally takes within 24 hours of business day for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take 10-30 business days to process and dispatch. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.

1: Packing method: Standard export fumigation wooden box or base on your requests.

2: Shipping method: By express door to door, or by ship, base on customer choice.

(1)If delivery goods by express, door to door service, generally about 5-7 working days reach.

(2)If by aiir, delivery goods to your destination airports, about 5 working days can reach.

(3)If by sea, it depend on your shipping destination, specific days can not be sure.

We ship orders to all of the world.

2. How much is the shipping cost? and How long will it take to receive my order?

Generally speaking, the total shipping cost will depend on the following factors:

The shipment method you choose (we offer Flat Rate, Standard shipping and Expedited Shipping options);

The destination country that the package ships to;

The number of items you order, as well as the total weight and volume (size) of the package.

Please note the total time = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances.)

4. How can I track my order?

As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. You can also inquire through the shipping agency.

5.What is Insurance?

Insurance covers accidental damage and/or missing item(s) during the shipment process. Due to the nature of international shipping, damage and/or missing items during transit cannot always be entirely avoided or predicted. Should such a situation occur, and provided you have paid for insurance during the order checkout, we may contact the shipping company directly on your behalf to claim financial compensation.

* The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures or other causes.
* For Express Shipping: Possible tariffs and other possible related costs are borne by the customers

ABOUT TAX

Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any,these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, DOVMX cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.
