The speed regulating glass reactor is mainly used for material synthesis, distillation, concentration and other experiments. The structure of the kettle can be divided into three types: single layer, double layer and three layers. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state as required to meet the experimental conditions. By adjusting the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle, the material can be uniformly added. The reaction product is recovered by distillation using the heat exchange function of the condenser.
The kettle body of the double-layer speed regulating glass reactor has inner and outer layers. The temperature of the materials in the kettle is adjusted by injecting a certain temperature of circulating liquid into the interlayer. The inner container of the double-layer glass reactor is used to place the reaction materials. At the same time, the vacuum can be evacuated and the speed can be adjusted for stirring. The interlayer can introduce freezing liquid, water and high-temperature liquid to heat and cool the materials.
The three-layer speed regulating glass reactor has two layers of glass jackets. The inner jacket is used to pass the circulating liquid with a certain temperature to adjust the temperature of materials in the kettle. The outer jacket is pumped to a vacuum state by a vacuum pump to realize the insulation function.

Operation:
1. Add materials into the kettle through solid feeding or other feeding ports.
2. Vacuum the reaction kettle according to the reaction needs. The three-layer reactor can use a vacuum pump to vacuum the outermost jacket to form a vacuum state, so as to realize the insulation function and avoid the loss of cooling capacity.
3. Adjust the temperature control equipment according to the displayed temperature to make the kettle reach the required reaction temperature.
4. Slowly adjust the knob to the required speed.
5. After the reaction is completed, turn off the temperature control equipment first, and then turn off the power supply of the reactor.
note: the circulating valve cannot be closed.
6. Open the discharge valve to discharge the materials. The valve parts or the kettle can be cleaned as required and re installed firmly.
If the glass parts are to be cleaned, they must be restored to normal temperature. After cleaning, wipe the water beads inside and outside to avoid cracking of the kettle due to uneven temperature or sudden temperature change.
