Machine parts are warranted for 3 years due to manufacturer defects, but glassware and mis-operation are not included in warranty.
During warranty, if any parts need to be replaced due to quality problem or manufacturer defect, we offer it for FREE, buyer only needs to pay for freight.
If the warranty is expired, all spare parts are supplied at cost price for 5 years.

Each equipment will undergo many strict inspections before delivery and transportation to ensure that it is intact. All electrical parts are warranted for three year (except for vacuum pumps and glassware). We have provided double copies for easily damaged items. Please rest assured that the whole machine will be maintained for life. if something breaks, replacement parts will be shipped next day by air.
