Air cooled mobile air compressor, the main engine of this series is designed and manufactured using American compressor manufacturing technology. The opening and closing of the intake and exhaust valves compresses atmospheric air into air with rated working pressure, and then enters the air reservoir through a one-way valve.

Please check the following items before operation:

Special attention: The air compressor must be used according to the specified conditions

1.1 Check whether the screws or nuts of each part are loose

1.2 Whether the belt is moderately tightened.

1.3 Whether the pipeline is normal.

1.4 Whether the lubricating oil level is appropriate.

1.5 Whether the wires and electrical switches comply with regulations and whether the wiring is correct.

1.6 Whether the voltage of the power supply is correct.

1.7 Whether the compressor pulley can be easily rotated by hand (stop the machine and pay attention to safety during inspection).

1.8 Check whether all valves are in the proper position and in the correct opening and closing state.

1.9 Inspect the system and remove foreign objects from it.

1.10 Open and close the blowdown valve at the lower part of the air tank again.

1.11 If the system equipment is restarted after maintenance, all maintenance accessories and maintenance signboards installed for safety maintenance should be removed.

Precautions for starting operation

2.1 After checking the above points, fully open the exhaust valve, and then press the start button. Start and operate the machine under no load, which can extend the service life of the air compressor and prime mover

2.2 Check whether the running direction is the same as indicated by the arrow on the belt guard. If not, please replace any two of the three power lines of the three-phase motor.

2.3 If there is no abnormal sound about three minutes after starting, close the valve to gradually increase the pressure in the air reservoir to a predetermined pressure. After reaching the set pressure, the pressure switch automatically cuts off the power supply and the motor stops running (at this time, the air release valve at the pressure switch will release air for a few seconds, which is a normal phenomenon. The purpose is to reduce the load and make it easier to start the motor without air leakage when the motor is running again.).

Adjustment of the pressure control system:

Special attention: Please invite experienced technicians or sales personnel of our factory to conduct the adjustment. It is not allowed to adjust it by yourself.

1) Turn the pressure adjusting screw clockwise to increase the use pressure, otherwise, the set pressure will decrease

2) Rotate the differential pressure adjusting screw clockwise to increase the differential pressure, otherwise, the differential pressure amplitude decreases.

Adjustment of safety valve:

Special attention: The service pressure of the compressor should not be higher than the rated working pressure of the compressor. If it is necessary to adjust the winning position, it must be conducted by an experienced technician or our factory salesperson, and it is not allowed to adjust it by oneself.

The relief pressure of the safety valve is generally set to be 0.1MPa higher than the exhaust pressure, so there is no need to adjust it on its own. If it is necessary to adjust the discharge pressure of the safety valve due to other reasons, loosen the lock nut on the safety valve, and then adjust the adjusting screw to rotate clockwise to increase the discharge pressure. Rotate counterclockwise to decrease the pressure setting. After setting the discharge pressure, tighten the lock nut.

Maintenance and inspection

1. Regular inspection and maintenance items:

Please keep the machine clean.

1.2 Open the drain valve of the air tank once a day to drain oil and water. In places with high humidity. Please open it every four hours

1.3 Please check the lubricating oil level once a day to ensure the lubrication effect of the air compressor

1.4 The air filter 15 should be cleaned or replaced once a day (the filter element is a consumable).

1.5 Irregularly check the tightness of the belt and screws at various parts.

1.6 Please replace the lubricating oil after the initial 50 hours or one week of operation, and then replace it every 300 hours (if the operating environment is poor, it should be replaced every 150 hours), and add oil every 36h of operation.

1.7 Please remove and clean the air valve after using it for 500 hours (or half a year)

1.8 Please clean all parts of the machine once a year.

1.9 All safety protective devices such as protective covers and warning signs should be regularly inspected.

Regularly check the pressure relief device of the air compressor, stop and maintain the protective device and pressure gauge (once every six months)

1.10. The sensitivity of the safety valve ensures that the air compressor is in normal working condition.

1.11 Regularly inspect components that are exposed to high temperatures, such as the width, cylinder head, and exhaust pipe, to remove oil dirt and carbon deposits attached to the inner wall. During operation, it is strictly prohibited to touch these high-temperature components.

2. Protection

2.1 Pressure and steering: Do not use this equipment under overpressure or overspeed. Supporting parts of the air compressor (such as the air reservoir) must be equipped with safety valves, and the working pressure must not exceed the rated working pressure. Rotation direction of the air compressor: It should be the same as the arrow indication on the belt protective cover.

2.2 All maintenance work should be stopped and power cut off

2.3 Before disassembling the pressure parts of the air compressor, the air compressor should be isolated from all pressure sources and the compressed air in the air compressor should be completely drained.

2.4 When repairing the air compressor, measures should be taken to avoid inadvertent starting of the air compressor. The starting power should be disconnected, and a sign should be hung on the starting device that reads "Warning: Maintenance in Progress, Do Not Start"

2.5 When using in a complete set, all safety devices should be maintained to maintain their normal functions. The safety devices should not fail and can only be replaced with other devices that provide the same safety. The pressure gauge and the automatic pneumatic switch of the safety valve should be regularly checked.

2.6 Regularly clean air valves, filters, cylinder heads, air pipes, and components that come into contact with compressed air under normal conditions. Under no circumstances should volatile, flammable, or harmful cleaning agents be used to clean them. After cleaning, all components should be rinsed and blown dry.

2.7 Pressure vessels should undergo periodic pressure tests, requiring an inspection cycle of at least once every 6 years. (Internal and external surfaces shall be inspected at least every 3 years).

2.8 Before running the air compressor (before moving), the air storage tank should be depressurized. Before starting, measures should be taken to prevent displacement during machine operation.
