1. The water-saving effect is obvious. Because of the water circulation operation, the water added into the water tank can be used repeatedly, which overcomes the phenomenon of a large amount of water waste when the vacuum is obtained by directly flushing and discharging tap water. Moreover, under the condition of ensuring the water temperature and quality, adding water once can be used for a long time. This is especially applicable in laboratories where the water source is insufficient or the water pressure is insufficient.

2. Comprehensive use of multiple functions. In addition to providing vacuum conditions, the machine can also automatically circulate water to provide circulating cooling water for the reaction device. This machine is connected with the self-contained water source. usage method:

1. Preparatory work. When in use, open the upper cover of the water tank and inject clean cold water (water can also be added through the drain hose). When the water level is about to rise to the water level behind the water tank, stop adding water. Repeat the startup to stop adding water. After a period of use, water can be continued to ensure the water level.

2. Vacuum pumping operation. Connect the air extraction pipe of the equipment requiring vacuum extraction to the air extraction nozzle of the machine. Turn off the circulation switch, turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch to start the vacuum pumping operation. The vacuum degree can be observed through the vacuum meter corresponding to the air extraction nozzle.

3. When the machine needs to operate continuously for a long time, the water temperature in the water tank will rise, the water pollution will deteriorate, and the vacuum degree will be affected. At this time, the sewage can be discharged, and the clean cold water can be replaced to keep the water temperature in the water tank down, so that the main machine (water pump) can work in the clean water and keep the vacuum degree stable.

4. When it is necessary to provide cooling circulating water for the reaction device, on the basis of the operation in Article 3 above, connect the water inlet and outlet pipes of the device to be cooled to the circulating water outlet and inlet nozzles on the side of the machine respectively, and turn on the circulating water switch to realize the supply of circulating cooling water.
