There are three types of DOVMXtech series molecular distillation:Glass Molecular Distillation Unit, Hybrid Molecular Distillation Unit, Stainless Steel Molecular Distillation Unit. These are mainly applicable to the pilot production scale, especially the separation and extraction of high-quality hemp oil CBD / THC, fish oil EPA / DHA and plant essential oil.
Molecular distillation also called Thin Film Distillation, makes use of the difference of the average free path of different types of molecules in the mixture to amplify this difference under the condition of high temperature and high vacuum, The molecules with large average free path move to the center of the main evaporator and condense into liquid into our special light component collection bottle, Some molecules with small average free path are still left in the form of liquid on the wall of the main evaporator at high temperature, and then flow to the heavy component collection bottle due to gravity. Different materials can be obtained by matching different cold traps to cool the steam not collected by condensation. For example, by constructing a cold trap at - 20 ℃ as the first cold trap, we can obtain essential oil. It has the characteristics of low distillation temperature, short heating time and high separation degree. It is used to separate materials with high molecular weight, high boiling point, high viscosity, heat sensitivity and biological activity.

Flexible customization service
This molecular short-range distillation system is a mixed type, which is divided into two stages of distillation. The first stage is a thin film evaporator with an effective evaporator area of 4 m², and the second stage is a molecular short-range distillation with an effective evaporator area of 4 m². Two independent vacuum systems are adopted, and the no-load vacuum degree of the vacuum system is less than 5 Pa.
The scraping system of the main evaporation chamber of the thin film evaporator and the molecular distiller adopts flexible design, which can not only meet the requirements of low viscosity products, but also meet the requirements of high viscosity resins. The main evaporation chambers of the two distillation towers are designed for easy removal and cleaning, which is convenient for later cleaning. The discharge part of molecular distillation light and heavy components is designed in sections for easy cleaning.
The main evaporation chamber is heated by oil bath, and the temperature range is controlled from room temperature to 300 ℃.
The separation end and heavy component collection tank of the lower section of the molecular distillation tower are designed with heating, and the temperature range is controlled within 300 ℃. The light component collecting tank is designed with thermal insulation.
The motor is explosion-proof.
