DOVMXtech storage solvent tank or mixing storage vessels are available in a wide variety of shapes, including vertical, round, slant bottom, and dish bottom. The tank transition sections use circular arc transition, which means there are no dead corners, making it easier to clean. We offer both single-wall or stainless steel steam jacketed tanks to allow heating or cooling. Agitation specifications are based upon customer request. Our stainless steel mixing tanks are designed, manufactured, and inspected in accordance with GMP standard.

Stainless steel storage tanks are used in food and beverage, beer and Baijiu engineering, fine chemical engineering, biological pharmaceutical engineering, water treatment engineering and many other fields. It is a good storage device with the advantages of convenient operation, corrosion resistance, strong production capacity, convenient cleaning, and shock resistance.

Features:

1. Stainless steel storage tank structure, Available in either sanitary 304 of 316L with Tri-Clamp connections.
2. Stainless steel storage tank, with vertical or horizontal single layer or double layer structure, can be filled with thermal insulation materials according to user requirements.
3. For storage tanks with storage capacities ranging from 100L to 5000L based upon customer requirements, it is recommended to use outdoor storage tanks made of SUS304 stainless steel.
4. Interior finish surface Ra<0.28µm ~ 0.6µm or finer
5. Outer surface can be polished, wire-drawn, and sandblasted according to customer requirements.
6. Can be designed with low heating, steam heating, electric heating, cooling, a high-speed mixing system, a sealing pressure system, a vacuum system, a measuring system, and more.
7. Based on mixing materials and requirements of the mixing effect, the structure of the impellers can be either turbine type, paddle, frame type.
8. The storage tank has good thermal insulation performance. 
9. The delivery period is 20 days. The warranty is one year.

Aseptic air filter, thermometer (digital display or dial-type), PH meter, pressure gauge, steam sterilization hole, sight glass(es), sanitary manhole, liquid in-outlet, CIP spray ball, liquidometer and more based upon customer requirements.

Application:
Vessel can be used as a storage tank additionally. Liquid material mixing or the storage of such things as medicine, food, fruit juice, dairy products, seasonings, brewing, pharmaceutical fluids, chemicals, and other biological engineering.
