Selection of carrier refrigerant for Recirculating chiller series products:
Different cooling media are used according to the required temperature. It is required to be non-toxic, non corrosive and non viscous at low temperature.
1. When the service temperature is above 10 ℃, it is recommended to use distilled water or deionized water as the cooling medium.
2. It is recommended to use glycol aqueous solution or 99% (mass fraction) ethanol when the operating temperature is - 30 ~ 10 ℃.
Ethanol is inflammable. Please pay attention to fire prevention!
Users can also choose the appropriate cooling medium according to their actual conditions.
It is forbidden to use brine (NaCl / H2O, CaCl2 / H2O, etc.) as the refrigerant carrier!
The cooling medium selected by the user shall be non corrosive to stainless steel, chromium and zinc oxide.
Routine maintenance
The power supply must be turned off and disconnected during daily cleaning and maintenance of the machine!
Prevent water vapor and other liquids from entering the machine body.
The electrical connection and maintenance of the machine must be operated by qualified professionals!
Maintenance of cooling system
In order to maintain good refrigeration performance, please clean the cooling system (condenser) regularly. The steps are as follows:
1. Disconnect the machine power.
2. Unscrew the screws on the ventilation net shell with a screwdriver and pull it down to remove it.
3. Clean the dust on the condenser fins (it is recommended to use a vacuum cleaner or soft brush to gently brush up and down along the direction of the fins). It is prohibited to touch the condenser fins with hands to avoid scratching hands!
4. After cleaning, restore the ventilation net shell and tighten the screws.

1. Before cleaning, the power supply of the machine must be unplugged from the power supply socket.
2. The external surface can be cleaned with soft wet cloth and water with low surface tension. It is strictly prohibited to wash;
3. Dry the surface after cleaning.
4. The liquid storage tank must be dried after cleaning to avoid polluting the refrigerant carrier during the next use.
