It is mainly used to provide ultra-low temperature cooling liquid for users' cooling equipment, with strong refrigeration capacity, meeting the need to maintain low temperature reaction under low temperature conditions; It can be used together with 100L, 50L, 20L and other reactors to cool the materials in the reactor to -60℃ and -100℃.
● The whole machine is controlled by a microcomputer and displayed in full digital Chinese, which is convenient, safe and reliable to operate. The temperature display adopts high brightness LED. The whole machine has high and low voltage protection, oil pressure protection, leakage protection, overload protection, overheating protection and other functions;
● Environmental friendly and fluorine free refrigerant, meeting EU and national standards;
● The compressor, oil separator, solenoid valve, expansion valve and other core components of the refrigeration system are all imported brands to ensure the stability of the refrigeration system;
● The evaporator is a fully brazed plate heat exchanger with small volume and high heat exchange efficiency;
● The circulating pump is a special circulating pump resistant to low temperature, and there is no leakage or shaft seizure under low temperature conditions.
● Closed circulation system is adopted for circulation system to effectively prevent volatilization and pollution of cooling medium and save resources;
● The liquid storage tank and circulation pipeline are all made of stainless steel SUS304 with good corrosion resistance;
● The whole machine is stable and reliable, and can meet the demand for process cold source in continuous production for more than 24h.
● The cooling mode of the main engine is air cooling to save water resources.
● The shell is electrostatic spraying SPCC with good anti-corrosion effect.

制冷循环器的最低温度要比所需要的温度低三分之一到二分之一。
制冷循环器的溶液量是所需要制冷剂容量的两到三倍。
