1.1 refrigeration unit
A fully enclosed compressor, air-cooled condenser, plate heat exchanger and expansion valve are used to form a refrigeration unit to meet the cooling requirements.
Compressor: Taikang fully enclosed piston compressor is adopted, which is an original imported type. It has the advantages of high efficiency, reliable operation, low noise and long service life.
Air cooled condenser: the air-cooled fin type condenser is adopted, and the oxygen-free red copper screw tube is used inside, with high efficiency and large heat exchange coefficient; Intermediate expansion proprietary technology, easy maintenance.
Expansion valve: Danfoss detachable thermal expansion valve is adopted, which is composed of power head, valve core and flange. When maintaining or replacing the valve, it is not necessary to cut off the system pipeline; The degree of superheat can be adjusted to ensure the stability and reliability of the product for a long time.
Plate heat exchanger: compact structure, easy installation, less liquid consumption, low dirt coefficient, light weight, only equivalent to 20% ~ 30% of shell and tube heat exchanger, and design temperature - 160 ℃ ~ 200 ℃.
1.2 precooling unit
It is mainly used for indirect excessive cooling from high temperature; The air-cooled fin heat exchanger and high-speed fan are used for forced air cooling and heat dissipation, which can rapidly reduce the temperature from high temperature to room temperature, which can not only save energy, but also avoid high-temperature operation of the compressor and prolong the service life of the compressor.
1.3 heating unit
The special electric heater for flange type heat transfer oil is adopted, which conforms to the technical standard JB / T 2379.
1.4 circulating system
High and low temperature resistant shielded pump is used to transport heat transfer fluid; The circulating pipeline is made of 304 stainless steel to prevent corrosion and low temperature liquid pollution. It has the function of preventing the backflow of heat carrier fluid; The built-in expansion vessel can meet the technical design requirements of thermal expansion and contraction of the heat carrier fluid and ensure the normal operation of the circulation system; The liquid level in the expansion tank can be monitored through the liquid level display; The thermal insulation material of the circulating system is special type.

To ensure the cooling efficiency of the system, in addition to ensuring that the ambient air around the instrument is clean, any dust on the condenser surface must be regularly inspected and cleaned. Please follow the following steps:
① Confirm that the power connector of the equipment has been unplugged.
② Remove the two screws on the lower side of the air intake ventilation net cover of the equipment, then pull the net cover down slightly, and then remove it.
③ Use soft brush or other similar tools to check and clean the dust on the surface of the net cover and condenser.
◆ do not touch the condenser fins with your hands to avoid scratching your hands!
④ After cleaning, install the ventilation net cover and tighten the screws.
