The pump head is made of high-temperature resistant insulation material, the pump core is made of high-temperature bearings, fluorine rubber oil seals, anti-corrosion and high-temperature resistant, and the oil outlet and inlet are made of cast copper valves. Install universal corner wheels at the bottom of the machine for convenient use.
◆ Optimize the temperature control system by adding controllable silicon (below 3KW) or solid-state relay (above 3KW) as the heating control core for both digital and meter displays. The principle of controllable silicon is to adjust the voltage and temperature by relying on the weak current signal of the instrument. Solid state relays rely on the micro voltage signals of the instrument to turn on and off as switch outputs, thereby achieving control of the output terminal of the heater.

The power supply must be turned off and disconnected during daily cleaning and maintenance of the machine!
Prevent water vapor and other liquids from entering the machine body.

clean
1. Before cleaning, the power supply of the machine must be unplugged from the power supply socket.
2. The external surface can be cleaned with soft wet cloth and water with low surface tension. It is strictly prohibited to wash.
3. Dry the surface after cleaning.
4. The liquid storage tank must be dried after cleaning to avoid polluting the heat carrier fluid during the next use.
matters needing attention:
1. Addition amount of circulating liquid: when adding liquid (or when working for a long time to supplement circulating liquid), the liquid level shall be higher than 2 / 3 of the liquid storage tank, and the liquid level after external circulation shall be higher than the sensor.
2. It is strictly prohibited to heat the circulating water bath without water (or water does not submerge the heating pipe).
It is forbidden to heat the circulating oil bath without oil (or the oil does not submerge the heating pipe).
3. Oil cannot be used as heating medium for circulating water bath.
4. When there is no liquid in the liquid tank, it is forbidden to start the circulating pump, and the leakage protection device shall be connected externally during use.
5. Not used for a long time: the heat conducting medium in the bath should be discharged, cleaned and properly kept.
