Hwcl-1 has only external sensors, and the sensor probe must be immersed in bath liquid or reaction material liquid.

Hwcl-3 and hwcl-5 have two functions: internal sensor and external sensor. Hwcl-3 and hwcl-5 are built-in sensors. If it is necessary to measure the temperature of materials in the reaction vessel, insert the external sensor into the sensor interface and immerse the sensor probe into the material liquid of the reaction vessel; If the temperature in the reaction vessel is not measured, please unplug the external sensor and enable the internal sensor to operate. When the internal sensor and the external sensor are switched, they must be powered off and restarted to take effect. If the built-in sensor fails, connect the external sensor and immerse the sensor probe into the bath solution in the bath.

How to use hwcl series products:

1. Fix the reaction vessel firmly, and then add appropriate bath solution into the bath according to the temperature.

2. If water bath or oil bath is used for mixing, appropriate amount of water or oil shall be added according to the size and height of the container (Note: water or oil cannot be filled too full to prevent overflow, damage to the machine and danger); The temperature measurement of the liquid level is the best at 2 / 3 of the bath.

matters needing attention

This product cannot be used in flammable and explosive places. Dry burning is prohibited.

When using this product, the bath liquid has a high temperature. Please be careful of scalding.

Please cut off the power supply when not doing the experiment.

Unattended work is prohibited to avoid accidents.

Place the container in the center of the tank.

If the switch indicator is not on after power on or the temperature display window is not displayed after the switch is turned on, please check the fuse tube.

Unplug the external sensor when it is not used.

When the external sensor is connected, it must be ensured that the sensor probe is immersed in the bath liquid or reaction material in the tank, so as not to be heated all the time and cause danger.

Note:

hwcl-1 has only external sensors, while hwcl-3 and hwcl-5 have two functions: internal sensors and external sensors.

Before use, please confirm that the secondary mixing (equipped with hwcl-3 and hwcl-5) is placed in the correct direction to ensure the normal operation of the machine.

Usage of heat collecting constant temperature magnetic stirring bath:

1. Fix the reaction vessel firmly, and then add appropriate bath solution into the bath according to the temperature.

2. If water bath or oil bath is used for mixing, appropriate amount of water or oil shall be added according to the size and height of the container (Note: water or oil cannot be filled too full to prevent overflow, damage to the machine and danger); The liquid level is measured at 2 / 3 of the bath.

3. Turn on the power supply, turn on the heating switch, and display the measured temperature when entering the operating state. After setting the temperature, the machine will enter the normal working state.

4. Rotate the switch potentiometer as required, turn on the mixing function and slowly adjust the speed.

5. Temperature setting: click the set key to display the SP and the set value cyclically, and modify the set value by increasing "▲" and decreasing "▼". Click set to confirm and exit the setting state.

6. After long pressing the "▼" key for 5S, the heating lamp flashes and the alarm lamp goes out, and the instrument enters the self-tuning state. After the self-tuning, a set of PID parameters that can make the equipment temperature control effect state are obtained. After that, the instrument performs temperature control according to the new PID parameter value. (after using or replacing the medium for the first time, please self adjust to make the temperature control more accurate.)

7. Hwcl-3 and hwcl-5 are built-in sensors. If it is necessary to measure the temperature of materials in the reaction vessel, insert the external sensor into the sensor interface and immerse the sensor probe into the material liquid of the reaction vessel; If the temperature in the reaction vessel is not measured, please unplug the external sensor and enable the internal sensor to operate.
