DOVMX 50L series rotary evaporators is now ETL tested to UL / CSA standards, this certification is required by many municipalities, and it also provides a higher standard of equipment safety and lifespan. DOVMX comes standard with vertical glassware and digital temperature / rotation control, while its optimized bath volume allows for rapid heat-up times. The condenser unit has specially designed glass tubes that utilize surface area extremely efficiently. Thats why our DOVMX evaporators consistently deliver reliable and reproducible process results that are usually reserved for more costly systems. Another important aspect of the DOVMX is the safety features, which includes dry-run protection, water bath over-temperature shut-off protection, and fuse protection.
Rotary evaporator features a specially designed motor and worm gear, which provides constant rotation at speeds from 10 to 180 rpm. As the flask containing the solvent is rotated, it continually transfers a thin layer of liquid over the entire inner surface. This gives a very large surface area for evaporation, which is caused by the gentle heating from the water bath. The rotating system is fitted with a special seal that allows the apparatus to be placed under vacuum, effectively reducing the boiling point of the solvents and removing the vapor phase, making the process much more efficient. Each unit is also equipped with an easy-to-use vacuum release and a continuous feed system, which allows solvent to be constantly drawn into the rotating flask without needing to stop the operation.
Digital water bath operates from ambient temperature to 99℃ (210F) with PID temperature control stepping at 0.1℃ increments. Heating coils are located directly inside the pan for the most efficient heating possible. A built-in overheat protector will shut down power, should the controller fail.
Standard Glassware Set includes 13.2 gallon (50 liters) round-bottomed evaporating flask, 5.28 gallon (20 liters) round-bottomed receiving flask, and vertical condenser. Rotary evaporators with vertical glass condenser are great for distillation of solvents with higher boiling points.
Features
- New condenser insulation sleeves increase safety by protecting lab personnel from injury, in case of shattered glass caused by thermal shock. They also protect glassware and increase cooling efficiency (included with rotovap purchase).
- Water bath coverenhances safety by protecting evaporating flask and the material inside; it gives you uniform temperature inside evaporation flask as well as energy saving by reducing heat loss. It also creates a better lab environment by preventing heat and humidity from escaping.
- New swivel casters can be adjusted for rotovap to stand securely on uneven floor.
- Come standard with a stainless steel 50L evaporating flask carrier with silicone cushions, custom made for 50L DOVMX series rotary evaporators. This carrier can be placed on top of our 50L DOVMX's water bath for easy loading and unloading, or used as a flask stand.
- Solvent-resistant PTFE and Viton gaskets, ensuring long time operation.

维修及保养：
⑴保养前请关闭电源开关，将电源线与电源脱落。
⑵清扫时请用拧干水的柔软抹布擦拭，不易去除的污垢请使用中性洗涤剂。使用洗涤剂后请用抹布擦拭干净。
⑶装置内部有带电压或呈高温的部位，如分解拆除装置，会造成人员受伤。
⑷请勿直接将水泼到产品上或使用研磨粉、稀释剂、石油、煤油、酸性物质及类似物品，不然会造成触电等事故发生。
放料操作
1.RE1005放料时，先关闭冷凝连接器阀门，打开回收瓶上面的排气阀对回收瓶内进行减压，然后打开放料阀门进行放料。
2. RE1010、RE1020、RE1050放料时，直接打开回收瓶上面的排气阀对回收瓶内进行减压，然后打开放料阀门进行放料。
停机后操作
1.停止旋转瓶旋转，调整升降，使旋转瓶离开水浴锅。
2.打开加料管旋塞,解除内部的真空。
3.关掉减压装置。
4.如不继续添加试料时,请将冷却水循环装置和水浴等也一同关掉。 (* 浓缩结束后,水浴或旋转瓶不会马上冷却,仍呈高温,小心烫伤！)
5.旋转瓶的拆卸：用十字螺丝刀插进机头座（左偏方向）的孔中固定旋转轴，使用退瓶器松脱旋转瓶固定螺母，取下旋转瓶。
停机后的处置
长期不使用时,请关闭电源开关,并断开电源。
维修及保养

Each equipment will undergo many strict inspections before delivery and transportation to ensure that it is intact. All electrical parts are warranted for one year (except for vacuum pumps and glassware). We have provided double copies for easily damaged items.
