There are three types of DOVMXtech series molecular distillation:Glass Molecular Distillation Unit, Hybrid Molecular Distillation Unit, Stainless Steel Molecular Distillation Unit. These are mainly applicable to the pilot production scale, especially the separation and extraction of high-quality hemp oil CBD / THC, fish oil EPA / DHA and plant essential oil.
Our short path molecular distillation system is very suitable for distillation/purification of heat sensitive material or high boiling point material. Short path distillation is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, spices, plastics, oil and other fields.
The lactic acid prepared by fermentation method can yield L2 lactic acid, D2 lactic acid, and DL2 lactic acid depending on the selected strain and fermentation conditions. These are crude lactic acids with low purity. With the increasing demand for high purity L2 lactic acid, it is of great significance to purify and refine L2 lactic acid.
When using ordinary vacuum distillation to separate and purify lactic acid, it is difficult to reach a lower pressure in the system, resulting in poor heat resistance and easy decomposition of the evaporated lactic acid. The molecular distillation method can be operated at a far lower pressure than normal pressure, resulting in high purity of lactic acid and good heat resistance. Therefore, the molecular distillation method is significantly superior to ordinary vacuum distillation operated under boiling state.
